What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate fee of $3.99 for orders under $25. All orders over $25 receive free shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order? All in stock merchandise will ship within 48 hours using USPS with valid tracking numbers. Please allow 1 - 5 days for delivery due to some carriers experiencing delays. Larger orders may ship via a different carrier. Tracking numbers will always be provided.

Where does my order ship from? Our warehouse is located in Pennsylvania.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? No. All sales are final.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or the package was damaged? This must be reported to us within 3 days of tracking showing delivered. Please use our contact section to email us with a description of the item received, photos and order number.

I used the incorrect address in my order, can I change it? This needs to be reported to us within 2 hours of placing your order and the order will be canceled so you can place a new order with the correct address.

Can I use a different shipping address than my billing address? No. To prevent fraudulent orders, we require the billing and shipping addresses to match. If they do not, we may reach out to you to confirm you really placed the order.

Buyers are responsible for accepting their packages and providing a valid shipping address. Any packages returned back to us due to undeliverable address or refused delivery will be subject to restocking fees as well as original shipping and return shipping charges deducted from refund.

Sales Tax is collected for the state we reside and do business in which is Pennsylvania.
